TIL XI. Cheese

Looking back over my day I am unable to think about what to write, however a quick look over my search history from my preferred search engine reveals that I looked up the word “quark” earlier, having been today’s Wordle (New York Times) word. TIL ‘Quark’ not only refers to a physics element that makes up the fundamental building blocks of matter, but is - and much more relatable to me - a type of German fresh cheese, also spelt ‘quarg’.
